Hailed by Billboard Magazine as "garage-rock sensations", Turf War has had an impressive year on the road, from performances at SXSW 2012 to Governors Ball Music Festival to Firefly Festival and support slots to the likes of Turbo Fruits, The Big Sleep, PUJOL, and Patterson Hood of Drive-By Truckers. Their 2011 debut album, The Years Of Living Dangerously, received strong reviews and was produced by The Black Lips/Diamond Rugs' Ian St Pe. Turf War is back at it in the studio recording demos for their next album, scheduled for release in early 2013. • 2012 - Savannah Stopover Festival, SXSW select shows, Governors Ball Music Festival, Firefly Music Festival, Fun Fun Fun Fest late night series (unannounced).
