Wham City is a group of independent artists linked by the bonds of friendship. We join forces to collaborate, we disperse to collaborate with others, some only collaborate with themselves.
The structure/non-structure of the group is in a constant state of flux. We have no set group aesthetic, focus, or member roster. Our work as individuals represents us alone and does not necessarily reflect the group or other members.
We make art shows, theater performances, music shows, festivals, books, computer networks, fashion shows, email lists, etc. We include members and non-members. Our goal is to create and support an artistic community while honoring our individual voices and to write emails.
