Lineup suggestion
So here's my list of FFF2013 suggestions:
Black:
Killing Joke
Unsane
Jucifer
Horrorpops or Creepshow
Bad Brains
Orange:
Clutch (They could also be on the Black Stage too, but they also have a following larger than one would think)
Blue:
Front Line Assembly
VNV Nation
My reunion picks (although highly unlikely):
Curve
Girls Against Boys
I skipped the Yellow stage because apart NoMeansNo that was the stage I went to the least.

RE: Lineup suggestion
I'm really liking all of these suggestions, especially KJ, Clutch, VNV and Girls Against Boys.

RE: Lineup suggestion
The Violent Femmes & The Replacements are about due to come out of their respective caves.
i also whole-heartedly support the Clutch nomination. -
Re: Lineup suggestion
I really like the Clutch suggestion.
On the Blue Stage I think it'd be awesome to see Kendrick Lamar (I know Schoolboy Q and A$AP Rocky were there in November, and he's worked with both of them).
I also wouldn't mind seeing pretty much anything involving Trent Reznor on either the Orange stage (How to Destroy Angels) or Black stage (NIN, if by some force of magic they get back together for a show).
Also, seeing Portugal. The Man on the Orange stage would be awesome too. -
RE: Lineup suggestion
Something Trent Reznor related would be awesome.

Re: Lineup suggestion
I have no idea if it has been suggested before, but Andrew WK would be a perfect fit. That man certainly knows how to party.

Re: Lineup suggestion
As long as it's not him solo. I saw him at Riot Fest Dallas this year and that was easily one of the most terrible embarrassing awkward sets I've ever seen. He only played like two songs and doesn't sound very good at all without full band accompaniment. Not really sure wtf that was about really.

Re: Lineup suggestion
I've wondered why they haven't booked Andrew WK yet. It seems like a no-brainer.

RE: Lineup suggestion
About the Trent Reznor suggestion I threw out there earlier, http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/trent-reznor-nine-inch-nails-working-on-new-music-possible-tour-20121107, it looks like he'll be wanting to tour with NIN again, I think I'd die if I got to see him play as NIN live.

Re: Lineup suggestion

Open Hand
The Jealous Sound
Samiam
Farside (Revelation)
Quicksand
Deftones
Hum
Shiner
No Knife -
Re: Lineup suggestion

Re: Lineup suggestion
NIN is back!
-Adam Noble Bass
With Adrian Belew, no less! We definitely need this at the Shores! -
RE: Lineup suggestion

F**k Twitter! -

Fu Manchu are actually doing a tour now where they're performing "The Action is Go" from front-to-back: keeping my fingers crossed for an F3F appearance. -
Re: Lineup suggestion
Also, on top of the NIN suggestion, I think it'd be really awesome to have Death Grips play as well if they'd be up for it. I saw them at 1100 Warehouse last week and their live show was insane.
edit: They played in 2011 apparently, but they've come out with new stuff since then so it'd stil be awesome to see them play FFFFest -
Re: Lineup suggestion
Death Grips killed it while last in Seattle! the new stuff is great

Re: Lineup suggestion
I could definitely see them playing again, since they played in the middle of the day last time, to a pretty small crowd. I could easily see them getting bumped up to a more prominent slot, maybe on Orange this time?
