Where to go in Austin

I am moving there before the month is over, What should i know about cool places to go. I do live in Houston so i am not completely Austin stupid. Just bought tix the FUNFUNFUN.

    FunFunFun is definitely a good start. You should check out Transmission's website. All their shows are posted there. www.transmissionentertainment.com Mohawk is a good live music venue. Check out austinist.com, too.
