I use to have crazy insomnia (getting maybe 6 hours over the course of 3-4 days). at least you don't have to worry about delirium setting in if you're just having a hard time sleeping when you don't have a dedicated schedule to follow. still Springer beats drinking yourself to sleep.
Preach on sister. Insomnia has been attacking me recently. Sometimes I like staying up till 4 watching Jerry Springer and GG Allin yell at each other. Sometimes I don't.
