I be trippin'
Going to the New Braunfels/Austin area tonight and staying for the weekend! Visiting family but (most importantly) I'll be beginning my concentration pieces for my photography portfolio for the year. I figure the city-scape is a fairly decent, although mundane, place to start. Looking forward to the weekend even more than usual. :)
What are your plans for this weekend? :) Have a great one either way!
OH. If you've any suggestions regarding interesting places to shoot (my concentrations are graffiti/mural art and punk-rock culture), please let me know! It'd be greatly appreciated, although I know my best work comes from making my own adventure out of the search for a subject. :b
Thanks and have a good one once more!

The drag is great. Living on the drag is even better. Beats the hell out of the cold, empty atmosphere that was West Houston

Thanks. :) It was definitely a lot of fun but, as usual, my time spent up there was not long-lived. There should be plenty of more opportunities. The drag was where I got most of my shots, so that wasn't too bad. Even yet, I'm sure there are places with less public interest that are more gratifying to shoot. @Sean, That'd be nice! I'll try my best to make it up when you next have a show. Shows make up for at least 97% of the reasons I go up to ATX anyhow. :P

I'll let ya know next time my band plays, and maybe you can come out and take some pictures for the punk rock culture part! Don't really know any good graffiti spots, but I know they certainly exist.

Good luck on your photo endeavor! Sounds like fun. I know a ton of great places, but they're in the DFW Metromess.
