I'm the head Chef at a small place in Temple, TX. I loathe most of the music we play, which is designed to cater to our middle-aged clients. I win small victories, though, with some classic jazz (a la Charles Mingus, Charlie Parker), the occasional Flaming Lips, a little bit of trip hop nonsense, and oddly enough a big dose of New Order. I balance it out with Sinatra, and covers of said Sinatra by Michael Buble and Harry Connick Jr.
