I've stonewalled long enough: as of a few minutes ago, I have officially purchased my PIP ticket. I'm not particularly happy about it, to be honest, because money is so ridiculously tight right now: I was really counting on the point store to help me out. Since that seems highly unlikely, at this point, I decided to just bite the bullet.

At the very least, I have my days taken care of. Unfortunately, my purchase now leaves me with a grand total of about $200 for my entire trip, from Thursday-Monday. This includes any transportation money (I'll have to get from the airport to the hotel somehow), any Nites drinks, misc purchases, etc...Aargh...I absolutely hate going on vacation with a severe budget crunch: it always seems like I spend the whole time agonizing about whether to leave a $1 or $2 tip, whether I absolutely NEED that bottle of Vitamin Water in the morning. I'm really hoping I can scrounge up at least enough extra money to be somewhat comfortable. After all, that comes to just around $40/day...I could easily see myself spending that on vacation.
