Saturday Nite's Alright For Changes

To get the full effect, you need to imagine the title of this song sung by Elton John while wearing giant, cartoonish glasses. It appears that another raft of shows have been added to Saturday Nite, specifically at the Frontier Bar. I took a look at a map and that place is waaaay too far for me to hoof to after a long day of festing, so I doubt I'll be seeing any of these. Nonetheless, should you be interested, here's who just got added to the Frontier Bar on Saturday Nite:

-- Holy Wave (again?)
-- Gabe Hascall (former singer for ska-punkers The Impossibles)
-- Shivery Shakes
-- The Preservation
-- Muchos Backflips

I just checked the headliner and, apparently, they specialize in "adventure rock": Mike Patton's name is mentioned in the review as a point of reference. Sounds intriguing but, again, I ain't hoofing it to the Frontier to find out!
