So...writing my first blog, eh? I somehow thought this would feel more...oh, I dunno...epic? Viking? Outstanding? I should feel more something, though. Perhaps I will later, after I've digested and processed this moment. Once I get the hang of this mental purging thing, I'll be in the swing in no-time. Not that I'll ever be a four-star general of blogging, of course. And let's not mention Twitter, shall we? I prefer my mental image of millions of people communicating short messages to a small red robin, which then furiously types them out (via an old Sears electric typewriter) to be distributed world-wide. Or wherever Twitter goes. But I digress...often...almost ludicrously, to be honest. At any rate, nice to meet y'all.
