Business Drunk
So we have almost made it to Friday but it’s all about the little wins. Today’s little win is the best business networking event of the year. Normally I don’t really care about these type of events but this guy wanted to be the best and throws the best one. I like to think that I am saving money by getting a free meal (along with some top shelf booze) and being social or whatever. You know it’s like regular drunk but you can drive.
In other news, it looks like we will be getting the schedule no later than Sept 5th as this is when single day ticket sales are available. Maybe we can get some Nites love tomorrow that would make for an awesome Friday.
Last random thought: I am about half way through watching “Detention”. I can get behind it. It has a “Scott Pilgrim” feel to it and who loves the 90s. Ha well my ½ review is that it is worth watching. Detention..

Yeah I would say more than 50% of people at Walmart are in the blackout stage.

I've probably blacked out and been "Walmart" drunk many times without even knowing it. That's probably why I get so many weird looks in public with no recollection of why.

Anyone here ever been "walmart" drunk? That is where you're drunk enough to walk around walmart barefoot eating chex mix before you pay for it.. and by walk I mean stagger

Where I work we once ran up a 25k open bar tab with just like 250 people showing up. There was food involved as well, so needless to say we get "business buzzed" now.

Luckily his role is fairly small.

Great news about the schedule release: four more weeks is just about how long I reasonably wait for new news. "Dentention" is also on my must-see list, even if it features that ass-hat Dane Cook.
