Night of Juicing
My girlfriend got this BADASS juicer.... so when she was discussing the purchase, we basically all told her not to get it. This Hurom Juicer was a real pretty penny, $400 dollars to be exact. She had a gift card (which she won from the Liberty Bar Bake-off in 2011) for 200 bucks at William and Sonoma, and was planning on matching that amount for this high tech, shmancy juicer.... We all told her it was a sales ploy and a waste of 200/400 dollars.
Anyways this shit is BOM AWESOME and I freaking want one... Tonight we have made, thus far, three cocktails, and a bean dip (humus, retarded good).
The Menu:
1) kiwi, orange and mango, hit of guava, rum
2) guava, pineapple, orange, rum
3) grapefruit, lemon, rum
4) back beans, corn, onion, garlic, jalapeño, green pepper (dip)
still more to go.... :) :) i heart food

Juicing is the bomb! Juice everyday, here. Once you start consuming fresh juices, you'll never look at the bottled stuff the same again. I have a Breville, and it was worth every penny. A Vitamix is next up on the redonkulously expensive kitchen purchases.
