Water Olympics
I know that "free beer" events are totally unpredictable in this city.... but I was a little disappointed that free booze lasted a mere 2 1/2 hours, out of the five hours of the event. At least they were super cool about BYOB, and the nearest gas station was like 4 blocks away.
My girlfriend got ROBBED in the high-kick event. It was whatever, but the dude who won did like a shitty jump kick, verses her awesome traditional high-kick. Even the event MC said she was fucked. It was pretty funny that they made fun of her for her hola hoop in the Freestyle
"Hey look, this girl thinks she's at Bonnaroo!"
She flicks off the audience and the announcer.
"Oh there we go, this is Fun Fun Fun Fest."
I didn't get to do my Freestyle because they ran out of time for the 4th heat. Boooo Booo, that's what I get for talkin' shit........ Still was a great event. I'll post some great pics and videos tomorrow, The BMX off the ramp into water was excellent!

nothing about fun fest or any fest is ever really "fair" just something you gotta get used to because otherwise it'll be endlessly annoying to see homeless people with like homie passes, etc.
