Was awesome and it made me think back to Victor when it was brought up, I think we're going to find out about a lot of other stuff that was going on with Gus and him in this season.
Other than that making a badass version of red beans and rice with some shrimp, crawfish and boudin. I have been making it for the last 3 hours.
Since the other half started going back to work I decided that i would start making all the meals for the week on Sunday and Monday so we do not have to worry about "not having time" during the week to cook. Seems like it has been working pretty well over the last couple weeks and it saves a lot of time.

Well I also buy in bulk and have those freezer bags that you can suck the air out of the bag and I try to make every bit last, I try to save as much money as possible every month given the state of the world and all.

That's a very wise move, Jesse. My wife and I seem to hemmorhage money and our food budget is one of our biggest wounds.

Yeah but since my other half works a lot I try to make her breakfasts early in the week for the whole week, basically I try to cut costs anyway I can, even when I have the excess money I would choose to save it to go on trips.

Me and the wife always try to make stuff ahead of time but it never seems to work out. In fact, I think we actually cook less now than we have in the 10 years we've been together.
