Lose a friend and gain Angel Dust? What a time??
So I will preface this that it will be weird, I took probably triple the dose of marinol (I'm a cancer patient) and I'm drinking tonight...
So I met a friend online of all places and that is lame and weird to admit but fuck it it happened. I was in the middle of no where in the Philippines and hadn't mastered the lingo, so I started hanging out on a Jane's Addiction board...
Get a random IM on AIM (who remembers that shit?)
The usual IM getting to talking happens...
3 years later I'm out of the military and producing records, some of them for rhymesayers...
I finally meet said person after a recording session in San Fran where I recorded guitar "sounds" and produced...
We drank, we saw the wharf, our group had fun... and we ARGUED!!! We argued about the best song from Faith No More's Angel Dust...
