So right now I just started to prepare myself to run a half marathon sometime around the beginning of december. The only problem was that I was gonna dedicate myself to no drinking AT ALL until then. Completely disregarded the fact that I have ffffest and so many other things in between that time. I was thinking so blindly. Ahhh! I don't know whether I should just say screw it during those days or just stick to my plan. Any suggestions?
