When I heard the Japandroids were coming to Austin, I was excited and went online to buy a ticket. Then I saw the Coathangers were on the lineup and wet my pants. That's a figure of speech but you know, I was excited. I really love the Coathangers - they're just fun music and they don't seem to give a shit, which is always nice. Plus, I realize that I listen to a lot of male-only bands, accidentally of course but the music I listen to is typically made by males. Discovering awesome music and balancing the sexes of my music folder is a plus for me. So check them out! The show's only $8! or was when I bought the ticket.
