hey there, whoever reads this. my name is coral.
i'm originally a new yorker, but i go to college in sherman, tx (north of dallas, almost in oklahoma). just yesterday, i discovered fun fun fun fest, and i'm so excited by the concept. i love me some indie rock music, and i've been meaning to get more into the indie-rap scene, so this seems like just the festival for me. i also grew up going to folk festivals fairly regularly, and (very, very sadly) this year was my first time missing one that means a WHOLE lot to me. i had to miss it because i had to be in texas early as an RA to help deal with incoming freshmen orientation activities.

ANYWAY, that's much more detail than anyone probably ever cared about, but the point is that i REALLY REALLY REALLY want to go to fun fun fun fest. i think i've got my friend thomas about 35% convinced to go with me, which is particularly good because he has a car, and i don't.

i'm also really extremely hoping i can win tickets somehow, because i'm a broke college kid, and paying for tix would probably involve dipping into my tuition funds, which is a bad idea.
