Friday night dilemma
This one is a real pisser. Public Enemy or the Glenn Danzig Experience? Since I saw Danzig at FFF4, I really only care about seeing the Misfits portion of the set. On the other hand, I saw Public Enemy back in '92 (hey, I'm old) and they weren't all that good.
If I thought there were reliable phone connections, I'd have someone text me when the Misfits set started. But, as PE once said, "Can't Truss It"!

I actually saw PE at Penn State University back in '92, while I was in college nearby. They were with Ice T and House of Pain (who were surprisingly good). Moved to Austin in '93 for grad school and been here since. Celebrating my 40th birthday at the fest on Sunday!
Looks like I'll be running between the two, although if PE is not good then my decision will be easier. Glad that the Black and Blue stages are closer this year!

I'd say split your time, that's probably what I'm going to do. Danzig does always put on a solid show though. I've never been disappointed: even when his voice was shot, he still rocked the fuck out.
