First time at FunFunFun Fest
This year will be my first time at FunFunFun Fest and I'm pretty excited about it. I'm ready to just get some beers in me, party, and have a great time while meeting new people. There's so many acts that I wanna see that I'm kinda scared for when the actual schedule comes out.
Orange Stage acts I'm ready to see: Childish Gambino, Spoon, Passion Pit, M83, Ra Ra Riot, Girls, and The Boxer Rebellion.
Blue Stage acts I'm ready to see: Flying Lotus, Neon Indian, Diplo, Rakim, Spank Rock, Purity Ring, and Odd Future.
Yellow Stage acts I'm ready to see: Donald Glover, Henry Rollins, Neal Brennan, Turquiose Jeep, and Reggie Watts.
I'm currently on Spotify checking out more of the Black Stage acts. I'm only familiar with Slayer, Danzig and The Black Lips.
Yes, Donald Glover/Childish Gambino is listed first and it's because I have a slight obsession with him but it's not in a crazy stalker kinda way.
Here's to waiting until next week for the schedule.

Brittany... I'm going alone also. A friend of mine actually e-mailed me about it, but now she won't commit to going. I kinda felt like I was gonna miss out on a good time if I waited on her decision and I wasn't willing to do that.
From reading everyone's blogs it seems like I made the right decision.

If I had to describe last year in one word it would be "Memorable" The dude from Monotonix jumping off a 20FT rockwall, Descendents, motorized wheelchair in the pit for Bronx, jaw dropping booty bouncing with Big Freedia, and I could go on...bottom line: good decision and welcome aboard

you are going to love this fest! So many good artists every year that you end up running from stage to stage just to watch as many of them as you can. Although i will probably spend most of my time at the black stage, i can't wait for the schedule to come out so i can see how much running around i am going to do.
