Fun Fun Fun Graduation?
Yep... it's official... after well over a year of working my ass off every night to re-accrue the 1500 hours I need to FINALLY get my cosmetology license (literally 18 years in the making)...................................................................................................
There is a VERY REAL chance that my official graduation date will be Saturday, November 3rd! I'm kinda torn on this & debating on whether or not I should skip a day or two of school that week (thereby pushing it until the following week), or just roll with it.
On the one hand, if I do graduate that Saturday, FFF will be one hell of a great after party/reward! It will be really cool to be able to go to the fest knowing that I am free & clear & won't have to be back at school Monday evening.
On the other hand.... graduating that Saturday will mean dragging my ass out of bed early in the morning & making myself all pretty (after being at FFF all day & FFF Nites all night) & getting up to the school by 9:30(ish) in order to clock those last few crucial minutes, take that final walk to clock out & do the whole little "ceremony" thing we do. Of course, it would all be done early enough to still make it back to Auditorium Shores before the first band even starts............ but do I REALLY want to get up that early? AND.... would any of my friends (who will also be out late the night before) actually get up & drag their asses over to the school to cheer me on?
Hmmmmmmmmmmm............. decisions, decisions.
