The calls came flooding in to Santa Ana, California police from drivers on the I-5 freeway. Someone, it seems, was standing naked on a rooftop overlooking the road and masturbating for the entertainment of passing motorists...

But is seems far too many people didn't enjoy the show. Before police could arrive, naked 36-year-old Charles Edward Meaux Jr. had climbed down a ladder and taken refuge with a family. The building had to be evacuated before they found him hiding in a closet.

Meaux -- who you can guess by this point is a huge mope -- resisted arrest and had to be subdued by a taser.

Weirdly enough, the crazy naked man is a white supremacist, replete with requisite Nazi tattoos. But we're not sure how his resume speaks to the inherent superiority of whitey. Since 1995, he's been arrested for burglary, theft, possession of a deadly weapon, drunk driving, loitering to engage in illegal drug activity, resisting arrest, making criminal threats and trespassing.

In the criminal world, that makes him a career third-stringer who only gets in the game when his team is down by 30 points.

This time he's been charged with burglary, indecent exposure, resisting officers, disorderly conduct, and not even being remotely attractive to passing female motorists.
