slime up
i think i am the only one not dying over this line up. some of them are cool, granted. but i wanted more. i don't feel indie enough for the fest, i suppose.
or maybe that's just my roommate. ha!

Look up Architecture in Helsinki. They are one of the main reasons I'm going, and they're fun to dance to. :D

I agree wholeheartedly with Mista PP. Last year when the lineup came out, to be honest I was dissapointed. After going and seeing Jeff the Brotherhood, Monotonix, The Bronx, Dirty Projectors, High on Fire, Peelander Z, Yelle, POS, Nortec Collective, Cults, Man Man and a whole lot more...it made sense. This event pushes pash the typical tried-and-true festival rotation and into the darker, louder, funnier and grittier side of things. Too indie or not...this FFF will not dissapoint.

Take some time to check out a song or two from each band over the next few months, I bet you find a few you'll be interested (maybe even excited!) to check out when FFF rolls around. This has worked well for me the last 3 years.

I def. concur on feeling a little less than enthused, but I don't think it's not feeling indie enough that's the problem...
