Native Austinite. Keepin' it weird since 1975. I love all kinds of music & keep an open mind regardless of genre. Some of my favorite Austin "pinch me" music moments include:
~ Seeing the Ramones at Austin Aqua Festival when I was 13.
~ Meeting members of NIN & Jane's Addiction backstage @ Frank Erwin Center.
~ Photographing Retarded Elf for Tower Records In-Store & Liberty Lunch performances. A very cool bunch of people!
For this years 3xFun Fest, I'm excited to see HEALTH, Ratatat, Crystal Castles, 7 Seconds, Danzig, DRI, Jesus Lizard, Face to Face, Gorilla Biscuits, Lucero, Mika Miko, Street Dogs, Riverboat Gamblers, Dead Confederate, Les Savy Fav, No Age, Pharcyde, & lots more. However, I'm having a hard time arranging my schedule cause several bands I want to see are playing @ the same time. =/ Decisions, decisions.
