i am fucking sick as hell...
i have been really sick for the past 3 days. i have had coughing with LOADS of flem, a killer headache, chills, and a stuffy nose :( Does anybody have any home remedies? I have to go back to work because I've been gone for 3 days already

I've got two, one from my grandmother (for coughs, mix equal parts whiskey, lemon juice, and honey, mix it up and drink it slowly) and one from my friend's Vietnamese wife (go to an asian market and buy eucalyptus oil and mix that in hot water and breather the steam of that mixture in). Hope you get to feelin' better!

vitamins. you can get saline nasal spray to flush out yr sinuses for pretty cheap. also using steam to drain!
