Gmail actually has some features like that. One's called "Mail Goggles," which makes you solve a couple of math problems in order to let you send the email (you set the hours for it to be on). The other is "Undo Send," which gives you a few seconds to cancel if you regret it. Just click on the little green bottle in the upper right corner of the screen (it's the Google Labs icon) and scroll down to find them.See, technology exists. Of course, you have to become part of the Googleverse first. :)
