Meet Up with Yo Feet Up Round 2
Okay guys with this year's fest just around the corner, I think that it's time that we plan our second annual meet up breakfast, er brunch, before the fest. The time will have to be tentative for now, until the set times are released because I don't want anyone to not be able to come because they don't want to miss someone, or y'know whatever.
I think that with Austin Java just 16 minutes away from Auditorium Shores by foot, it is the clear choice for a place to meet this year. Plus its a counter-service type place that offer a wide array of foods and drinks ( Menu Link Here )so everyone can eat or drink as please or not at all. I for sure will need caffine directly injected into my veins more than likely.
There are tons of bus stops that are really close to Auditorium Shores, but if you want to ride the bus to Austin Java and then just walk over to Audtiorium Shores as a group or at your own time, then there are also a couple of bus stops that stop really close to there too.
The 30, 3, 103, 338, and 484 all stop near Austin Java.
Last year it was a lot of fun despite the tacos tasting like crap, but I truly enjoyed getting to meet the people who came out. Its really cool to put faces to names (and blogs) and then later as we walk by each other at the fest we can give each other sweet high fives or just a knowing nod, whatever's your style.
So this will be for Saturday, November 5th at probably 11, but the time may be changed depending on set times at Austin Java on Barton Springs Road.
