Does anyone know
If I am supposed to receive my ticket in the mail or is my ticket going to be available at will call? I got a PIP pass about possibly a month ago or less. Nothing in the mail yet :( I have my fingers crossed that this trip goes smoothly.

you can check the shipping status in your order history in the manage account part. not only should it give you a tracking number, but you'll be able to see right on the FFF site whether it shipped or not.

Reestar: Here is how it worked for me. About a week ago I received a shipping notice email from GroundCtrl with a tracking number. Yesterday I received an oversized letter with all the wristbands and lanyards. I assume that if they will not ship then you will go to willcall...but I would think GroundCtrl would communicate this clearly.
