Home Sick On My Day Off!
Ugh. I was hoping I would feel better today on my day off, but the change in the weather while positive has really fucked up my allergies something fierce. I'm gonna take some generic Zyrtec and hope it makes a difference. I had grand plans for today, but none of them have really come together other than organizing my Blu Ray collection to my OCD standards: organized by genre, sub-genre, animation, television, documentary, music doc, etc. I feel satisfied, although I'll probably notice one out of place later and change the whole process. I must now go and watch some Monsters Resurrected on Netflix Instant. As a kid, I was crazy about dinosaurs. As an adult, same deal.

Sorry you were stuck at home unwillingly on your day off. Hope you feel better, soon, Toni! I had to take a day to recover from life, in general, today. It's from good exhaustion. Ask Inky. I have been having my kids watch the old made for TV series, Dinosaurs. Love it. Not the mama!

Being sick on your day off is the worst! I threw my back out on Friday a few weeks ago and was confined to my home for three days. The worst!

I was absolutely bonkers about dinos and outer space when I was young. I'm still interested in dinosaurs but my fascination and love of outer space has never wavered. Anytime I happen across a news article about space, I feel just like I'm a wee lad again. If I wasn't married, I would volunteer for one of those one-way-trip to Mars dealios in a heartbeat.

My love for dinosaurs transmogrified into a love of giant radioactive Japanese monsters. Also, I like to organize my bly ray collection by title; however, I organize my DVDs by color.
