I really enjoy the dots between words... can you tell?
The first week of school is almost over - - it was fabulous to see my students again and meet the new ones. I am however, SO READY FOR THE WEEKEND! I'm going to two happy hours tomorrow and can't wait. I get to wear jeans to work... man, it's the little things.

Hey umajean,
I guess you can't playfully tease strangers in sterile inflection-less e-writing. My bad. I should have stressed the "I'm totally goofin" part more. I was serious about that. I was just ribbin ya some in the not-mean FFF fashion. I'm pro-art & art teachers, and you are absolved of having to ever cross the grammar nexus. Best wishes, for real.
Yours in rock,
Epstein Sweathog
p.s.
As a token of goodwill (to all eyes), here's a freebie Mr. Kotter taught me: The proper expression is "I couldn't care less." If you "could care less," you're saying "it ain't so bad." :)

Shazam, the "ellipsis" is the fabulous 3 dots that appear like this: "..."
If you'd like to comment on the dots in between syllables, here you go:

And I don't teach grammar, I teach art.

Do you mean the tooth filling-loosening crappy sorta-candy "DOTS" or grammar's "ellipsis"? I'm totally goofin. I was just charmed that an edutainer would use the word "dots." But gadzooks, for real, you have the best T.G.I.F. ever (which ironically can not actually be had at a McT.G.I.Friday's... if they're still in business? Wait, thinking of Bennigans! How could I forget? Damn yo, let's pour out some Zima for our dead homies). Cheers!
