This was a reply to an email I received this morning informing me of the descendents are playing fun fest.

I am so very thankful for this email. It's because of this email I am now at work, scrambling to find air fare from la to Austin, trying to lock down a place to sleep and hopefully still being able to get a ticket for the fest. I've attended fun fun fun the past two years and have wanted so very much to come back this year. But since money had been tight it was looking slim. But after hearing the Descendents were playing I'd do what ever it took to make it out. The show is only a few days away but I'm going no matter what. I'll sell my records, max out my credit card and even sleep in a park or anywhere just to know I'll be seeing the Descendents. After all, I do have Milo tattooed on my hand. If I didn't want people to know my love for this band I would have got him somewhere else. Thank you! Who ever reads this for the opportunity to see a band that helped shape me into the person I am. Thank you, for no longer making me hate myself because I can't fly to Australia to see them play. This is truly a dream come true.
