Tickets are being mailed out ... it's only a matter of days until my PIP ticket is in my hands. To quote Homer Simpson, "Marge, this ticket doesn't just give me a seat. It also gives me the right — no, the duty — to make a complete ass of myself." That is great advice from a wise man.
